- Gather/Record information about the accident (if you have a cell phone - TAKE PHOTOS).
The following information will assist you in the event of an injury claim:
- Names and addresses of all drivers. (Take picture of Drivers License of all vehicle operators.)
- Insurance information for all vehicles/drivers. (Take picture of Registration and Insurance card)
- Write down (or photograph) license plates.
- Photograph vehicle positions and property damage.
- Witnesses - names, addresses and phone numbers.
- Name/Badge Number of investigating officer.
- Accident Report number.
In the event of a slip and fall:
- Report your injury to the on-site manager.
- Photograph the condition that caused your injury.
- Obtain the names of the manager and any witnesses to the occurrence.
- Seek medical attention for any injuries.
